FAQs

Dogs and cats must be current on core vaccines and those that protect against respiratory illnesses prior to boarding, for their safety and the safety of our other guests. We recommend confirming vaccines at least four weeks before boarding.

You’re welcome to bring your pet’s regular food from home, especially if they have dietary sensitivities. If not, we’ll provide high-quality food during their stay that is gentle on sensitive stomachs.

Of course! We’d love to show you around. Just give us a call to schedule a quick tour and see where your pet will be staying.
