We’ll provide detailed instructions, but generally you’ll want to watch for excessive swelling, redness, discharge, or changes in appetite or behavior. If you notice anything unusual, don’t hesitate to reach out.
We typically recommend an e-collar (or surgical suit) to protect the incision during healing. It’s not always their favorite accessory, but it helps prevent infection and complications.

Dogs and cats must be current on core vaccines and those that protect against respiratory illnesses prior to boarding, for their safety and the safety of our other guests. We recommend confirming vaccines at least four weeks before boarding.
You’re welcome to bring your pet’s regular food from home, especially if they have dietary sensitivities. If not, we’ll provide high-quality food during their stay that is gentle on sensitive stomachs.
